Zivid is one of Norway's most ambitious new technology companies, serving the global robotics market with our 3D computer vision solutions. Our 3D cameras serve as the eyes of the robots and are deployed in manufacturing and logistics worldwide. We have 80+ employees, offices in five countries, and a global customer base.

As the company is growing rapidly, we also need to expand our finance team. We are a small team, and you will be included in most aspects of the finance function, from bookkeeping to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO:

• Invoice handling and cost allocation
• Monthly reconciliation of bank and balance sheet accounts
• VAT reporting
• Follow-up of customers and suppliers
• Process improvements and process development
• Quarterly and annual closings, reporting, and audits
• Budgeting and cashflow forecasting
• Provide insights for the CFO and leader team
• Projects and ad-hoc tasks

As a person, you are accurate, structured, proactive, solution-orientated, and independent. You enjoy working with all aspects of accounting, and you take pride in delivering quality of your work and meeting deadlines.

You enjoy working in teams and see the value of sharing knowledge, experience, and information with your colleagues. You have excellent communication skills, orally and written, in English and Norwegian.

• Higher education in accounting
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and/or auditing
• Experience with handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Solid understanding and experience with corporate accounting
• Excellent system knowledge and Excel skills
