Volve is the AI platform built for construction teams.

We take the messy, document-heavy work at the front of every project (tender review, bid compliance, contract risk, change and claim management) and turn it into structured outputs teams can act on across projects, with the reasoning traceable behind every line.

We're growing across Norway, the Nordics, and Europe, and the platform has already analyzed more than 2000 real projects. We are now expanding our team to convert our growing pipeline into closed customers.

The role

As a BD Intern at Volve, you'll work directly with the commercial team to build and grow our pipeline. You won't be here to shadow. You'll be doing real work: identifying prospects, reaching out, qualifying leads, and experimenting with AI-powered ways to do it all faster and smarter.

This is a role for someone who's genuinely curious about how AI can change the way sales is done, as a practical tool you can pick up and run with.

What you'll work on:

  • Identify and research target accounts in the construction sector

  • Run outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn

  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the commercial team

  • Use AI tools to scale and personalize outreach

  • Test new approaches, track what works, and iterate fast

  • Support the team with market mapping and competitive insights

What we're looking for

  • You're studying business, marketing, or something adjacent, or you've just found your own way into sales

  • You're curious about AI and excited to experiment with tools in your day-to-day work

  • You write well and communicate clearly in Norwegian and English

  • You're self-driven, you don't wait to be told what to do next

  • You've got a commercial mindset and find prospecting interesting, not tedious

You don't need prior BDR experience. But you do need to be genuinely motivated to work in an early-stage startup where the pace is high, and things aren't always figured out yet.
