Data Integration & Analytics Manager
Tise
Data Integration & Analytics Manager
At Tise, we’re on a mission to create the world’s best second-hand marketplace — where sustainability meets style and where buying pre-loved feels even better than buying new. Following our acquisition by eBay, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re now looking for a Data Integration & Analytics Manager to help us shape the future of Tise as we integrate into the broader eBay ecosystem 🚀
In this role, you’ll own the data integration between Tise and eBay, and operate as the analytics function. You’ll standardize definitions and reporting across teams and serve as the single source of truth for integration metrics, alignment tracking, and executive-ready content.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity — building the foundation for data-driven integration across two dynamic organizations.
What you will accomplish:
Own data integration and definitions alignment across Tise and eBay to establish consistent metrics taxonomies and reporting standards; stand up alignments and business reporting capabilities for launch and post-close execution.
Build and maintain scorecard, ensuring quarterly updates post-close and alignment to the integration operating model; provide content for weekly integration forums and bi-monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) as required.
Partner with multiple teams to produce executive-ready deliverables (scorecards, SteerCo packs, metrics dashboards) covering standalone and alignment performance.
Contribute to central integration governance by preparing materials, minutes, templates, and action tracking across weekly cross-functional meetings, SteerCo, and quarterly MAC forums; keep trackers audit-ready per eMIT standards.
Track and report integration metrics and achievements, alignment targets, risks/heatmap highlights, and progress status for leadership forums.
Develop dashboards and reports by market to support additional launches, including active buyers/sellers, online GMV/listings, acquisition/retention, and marketing allocation impact, ensuring provable linkage to the deal model and quarterly scorecards.
Ensure controls and compliance in reporting, maintaining documentation, RASCI, and audit-ready outputs (finance, legal/privacy, risk/compliance), aligned with public company standards and integration playbooks.
Support product/tech integration analytics for foundational tech/security workstreams (e.g., sign-in with eBay, customer data platform alignment), providing measurement frameworks for readiness and performance where applicable.
What you'll will bring:
5+ years of experience in analytics, FP&A, data operations, or business intelligence — ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, or M&A integration contexts.
Proven experience building executive scorecards and governance reporting (SteerCo, quarterly business reviews, portfolio scorecards) and partnering with FP&A on P&L-linked critical metrics.
Advanced skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio), data modeling, and pipeline design, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable reporting.
Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with strong program management and partner engagement skills across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities — able to distill complex information into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
Preferred experience:
Prior exposure to M&A scorecard frameworks (MAC) and integration governance cadences (weekly cross-functional, SteerCo, quarterly scorecards).
Familiarity with ICE budget tracking and cost center governance; comfort working with SAP migration timelines and public-company reporting standards.
Experience partnering with product/engineering on analytics instrumentation during integration and launch phases (identity, CRM, CS migration, trust/safety measures).
Why apply for this role?
Work closely with both Tise and eBay, gaining unique insight into one of the most exciting integrations in the Nordic tech scene.
Be part of a dedicated and passionate team that combines purpose with innovation.
Enjoy a vibrant Oslo HQ, competitive compensation, and a culture that values autonomy, humor, and trust.
Let’s create the best second-hand marketplace in the world — together 💚
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
