Second Chance Coordinator 💚
We are now looking for two new employees to join our exciting Second Chance concept, where Tise collaborates with high-quality brands such as Envelope1976, Holzweiler, Cala Jade and Amundsen to reduce clothing waste. We do this by selling dead stock items through a brand profile on Tise, which we manage. As part of our team, you will help maintain these profiles and develop the concept further.
In this role, you will assist in planning marketing campaigns and sales strategies, contribute ideas to improve processes and the concept, and help create listings and coordinate sales related to the profiles. You will also be responsible for receiving deliveries, registering items, and preparing them for dispatch.
This listing is for one 100% full-time position and one part-time position. Please specify in your application whether you are applying for the full-time or part-time role. If you apply for the part-time position, please mention how many percent you’re available to work. It will be possible to adjust the workload between 20–80%, depending on need and availability.

📙 Responsibilities:
- Creating and publishing listings
- Help with photographing items for profiles
- Provide input on process improvements
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for profiles and listings
- Plan and implement sales strategies
- Receive and process deliveries
- Register incoming and sold items in sales and inventory lists
- Pick and prepare sold items for shipping
- Provide customer service for the profiles
- Maintain dialogue with the brands

- Driven by achieving goals and working with KPIs
- Motivated to work at Tise and develop new sustainable concepts
- Experience with similar tasks is a big plus
