Customer Support Representative 💚

As we are growing, we’re now looking for a Customer Support Representative to help take Tise to the next level 🚀
The Tise team now counts more than 90 people in four countries, and the majority work at our headquarters in Oslo. We´re experiencing an increase in support inquiries from our customers. These inquiries involve our payment solution, shipping, app related questions and other general or technical issues. We want to offer excellent customer support, with a focus on being proactive and continuously enhancing our user’s satisfaction. We are therefore growing our team with a friendly, helpful and tech-savvy person who is passionate about Customer Support and second hand!
The Support team is a distributed team and we are today located in Oslo, Helsinki and Copenhagen, and some of our team members work remotely. We are now looking for a 100 % support representative based in Oslo who can speak and write both Norwegian and English. It is helpful if you know another Nordic language as well (Danish and/or Finnish).
📙 As a Customer Support Representative:
- You are motivated to provide excellent customer service
- You demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English
- You are self-driven and take initiative where you see it's needed
- You are structured and reliable
- You are solution-oriented
- You welcome responsibility and you enjoy working proactively and holistically
- You are a team player who actively contributes to your team in a positive and supportive way
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers
- You have experience from a similar position
- You understand Norwegian, English, Danish and Swedish

- Are familiar with Intercom or other similar programs
- Pick up on new technology easily
- Have used or are familiar with Tise
- Can start as soon as possible
- If you can read and write in Finnish or Danish language
