Customer Support Representative

The Tise team now counts more than 90 people in four countries, and the majority work at our headquarters in Oslo. As we are growing, we are experiencing an increase in support inquiries from our customers. These are about our payment solution and shipping, questions about the app and other general and technical issues. We want to offer excellent customer support, with a focus on being proactive. We are therefore growing our team with a friendly, helpful and tech-savvy person who is passionate about Customer Support and second hand!

The Support team is a distributed team and we are today located in Oslo, Helsinki and Copenhagen, and some of our team members work remotely. We are now looking for three support representatives located in Oslo that can both speak and write Norwegian and English. It is helpful if you know another Nordic language as well (Danish and/or Finnish).

We are looking for three 100% employees, one for each of our support teams: Safety & Trust, Payment & Logistics, and First-Line Support.

Payment & Logistic:

We are looking for a person who has strong communication skills, is solution-oriented and wants to work with maintaining our user satisfaction. As a part of this team, you will handle complex issues reported from our users, related to our payment and shipping solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that transactions and deliveries run smoothly, while working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

First-Line Support:

A dynamic team where you not only help users navigate and guide them through a broad spectrum of app functionalities, including payment, shipping, and technical issues, but also ensure the Tise experience is improved in complex situations. This requires collaboration across teams, with the clear goal of increasing user satisfaction.

Safety & Trust:

As part of our international team, you will play a key role in keeping Tise safe and supporting users with issues regarding fraud and guideline violations. We believe you are curious and have strong communication skills, with a natural compassion for others.

  • You understand Norwegian, Danish and Swedish

  • You have experience from a similar position
  • You are a team player and someone who wants to contribute positively to the world

  • If you can read and write in Finnish or Danish language
