About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle - from sourcing and engaging high-value prospects to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover for onboarding. You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and the rest of the European sales team.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited about helping shape the future of B2B payments in the Swedish market.

Location

We are an office-led, remote-friendly company. For this role, we are specifically looking for a candidate based in Stockholm to be close to our customers in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, targeting enterprise and mid-sized customers across key verticals in Sweden
  • Champion Two’s brand and presence in the Swedish market, refining our secret sauce for the local flavor
  • Develop and execute outbound activities to bring new merchants into the Two ecosystem, manage and qualify inbound leads
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and clearly communicate the value of our B2B payment solutions
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, risk, finance) to deliver exceptional experiences for prospects and customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market approach
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools, tracking all activity and progress toward targets

Recruitment Process

Our interview process is structured, fair, and designed to help you showcase your strengths.

  • Introductory Call (30 min): A short conversation with the Talent Team to discuss your background and motivation.
  • 1st Interview (up to 1 hr): An interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience and role-specific readiness.
  • Case Study / Task Interview (1 hr): An Interview session with a cross-functional panel to explore how you approach and solve realistic problems.
  • Final Interview (30–45 min): A final interview to discuss your culture fit and alignment with the team.

We aim to move quickly - most candidates complete the process within 3–4 weeks.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (preferably in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS)
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • A driven individual with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to consistently develop new contacts and leads while nurturing existing relationships
  • Demonstrated commercial insight with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Proficient in managing intricate sales processes and engaging various stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce and HubSpot) and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with an aptitude for adjusting your message to suit different audiences
  • A motivated self-starter who flourishes in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Inquisitive, collaborative, and focused on customer needs—constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and development
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory
