At Two, we’re transforming the world of B2B commerce by reinventing how businesses pay and get paid. Our mission is to bring the speed, simplicity, and customer experience of B2C e-commerce into the B2B space, removing friction from business transactions and unlocking growth for merchants and buyers alike.

We combine real-time credit decisioning, seamless checkout, and advanced risk assessment to power faster, smarter, and more efficient sales. With 30% month-on-month growth and operations across multiple European markets, we’re scaling rapidly - on track to become the world’s leading B2B payment solution by 2027.

Backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital, Shine, LocalGlobe, Antler, and some of the world’s most respected fintech angels, we’ve raised over €40 million in equity to date. And we’re just getting started!

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Commercial team and lead growth efforts in the Nordic markets.

In this high-impact role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and engaging high-value prospects to closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding handover. You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and the wider European sales team to grow Two’s presence in the Nordic region.

Location

This role will be fully remote for all locations mentioned, with the exception of Oslo, where our Headquarters is located.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales process: from prospecting to closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise customers across key verticals.
  • Localise and represent Two’s brand in the Nordic markets—help shape our local go-to-market approach.
  • Drive outbound sales activity and manage inbound lead qualification.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, articulating the value of our B2B payment solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, risk, and finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights to inform product and sales strategy.
  • Maintain a well-organised and accurate pipeline in our CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and deliver clear sales forecasting.

Why Join Two?

  • Be part of a mission-driven team building the future of B2B payments
  • Be part of the next Nordic unicorn, Sequoia’s second ever investment in the Nordic market
  • Work in a high-growth company where your ideas and impact matter
  • Collaborate with our top management and top talent across product, risk, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Competitive bonus model with significant upside potential with high performance

Recruitment Process

Our interview process is structured, fair, and designed to help you showcase your strengths.

  • Introductory Call (30 min): A short conversation with the Talent Team to discuss your background and motivation.
  • 1st Interview (up to 1 hr): An interview with the Hiring Manager to review your experience and role-specific readiness.
  • Case Study / Task Interview (1 hr): An Interview session with a cross-functional panel to explore how you approach and solve realistic problems.
  • Final Interview (30–45 min): A final interview to discuss culture fit and alignment with the team.

We aim to move quickly—most candidates complete the process within 3–4 weeks.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, or SaaS sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related discipline
  • A proactive hunter mentality, demonstrating a strong drive to continuously build new contacts and leads, in addition to advancing existing prospects
  • Exceptional commercial insight with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing objectives
  • Experience in overseeing complex sales processes and interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • Practical experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) along with strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Outstanding communication and narrative skills, capable of adapting your message for various audiences
  • A motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing environment
  • Inquisitive, collaborative, and deeply focused on customer satisfaction—you are always seeking opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Proficiency in the native language of one of the locations, along with fluency in English, is required.
  • Annual allowance to spend on anything that will contribute to your mental or physical health
  • Annual allowance for learning and training
  • Support for a cell phone every 24 months (from your 6th month anniversary)
  • Work on a cutting-edge B2B payment system, shaping the future of business to business payments
  • Find your best way to work with our office-led, remote-friendly working framework!
