At Strise, we are building products that fight financial crime, and we do it by shipping real solutions. We make an impact by making it easier and faster for one of the most awesome financial institutions, like Vipps, Storebrand, Sparebank1, Corpay to fullfil their mission of uncovering financial violations, like money laundering.
We need someone who takes responsibility and gets things across the finish line.

What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll be part of a small, senior engineering environment with real ownership, not hand-holding.
You will:
- Build and evolve solutions using React, Typescript and Tailwind on the frontend, with a JVM based backend
- Work closely with product and design to turn real problems into pragmatic solutions
- Help shape and execute towards our 2026 roadmap
- Push deliveries over the finish line, especially when momentum drops and complexity increases
This is not a role for someone who wants neatly packaged tasks.
It is for someone who enjoys problem-solving, ownership, and making trade-offs.
What We’re Looking For
You probably have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a fullstack engineer
- Strong experience with React and Tailwind
- Experience with JVM based language (Java, Scala, Kotlin)
- High working capacity and the ability to learn fast
- A pragmatic mindset: you care about good solutions, not perfect abstractions
- Solid product understanding, or a strong desire to develop it
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
