About the role
Due to growing demand, opportunity and ambition, we are expanding our commercial team. We are on the lookout for a driven Account Executive, who will play a key role in achieving revenue growth in the Nordics. Your focus will be to engage potential clients, build a robust pipeline, and guide prospects through the sales process. Your influence will be critical for Strise to stay ahead with innovative, user-centric products in the global arena of financial crime prevention.

What you can expect from this role:
- Prospecting and Pipeline Development. Leverage multiple channels and your creativity to target clients within our Ideal Customer Profile. You’ll have access to top-tier tools, ongoing training, and an exceptional demand generation engine to support your efforts.
- Drive the Sales Process to Close. Lead prospects through the sales cycle—from initial contact to closing—ensuring smooth transitions through each stage while maintaining pipeline momentum.
- Deal Orchestration. Assess strengths, recognize areas for collaboration, and effectively utilize internal resources to close deals.
What we are looking for:
- A strong background as an Account Executive within B2B sales, SaaS, or finance with a track record of high-velocity, pipeline building.
- Proactive and curious mindset, who thrives on finding and closing new business.
- The ability to think outside the box to identify and engage potential clients and generate new opportunities.
- Confident, clear, and concise communication skills, that can spark interest and create engagement.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a willingness to adapt and learn, take responsibility, and drive new experiments.
You might also have:
- Experience using the MEDDPICC framework.
- Experience selling AML and KYC products.
