About the role
As part of our expansion plans, we are now seeking another talented UX designer to join our strong design team at our shiny new headquarters in Oslo. You will play a key role in ensuring we solve the right problems, and that we solve them right. Your influence will be critical for Strise to stay ahead with innovative, user-centric products in the global arena of financial crime prevention.

What you can expect from this role:
- Collaborative problem-solving. Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to solve challenging problems and bring user-centric solutions to life.
- A holistic approach. Take a holistic approach to the overall user experience— looking beyond individual features to consider the totality of the product and experience.
- Design thinking at the core. From a design perspective contribute to balancing user needs and business objectives, guiding which problems to prioritise and solve.
- End to end responsibility. As a design team, we work across the whole customer lifecycle, and are involved in everything from brand and creative marketing to customer research and product design.
We wish you have:
- A strong background in UX and product design with a proven track record of creating customer value.
- The ability to use right techniques to understand customer needs, and synthesising insights into clear problem statements.
- A passion working with complexity and love to bring clarity and direction to ambiguous challenges.
- A team mindset, and believe that working with others can move mountains.
- Solid visual and communication skills, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, compelling designs.
You might also have:
- Experience from working in digital product companies or scale-ups.
- Interest in working with AI, large language models, and APIs.
