About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Student Internship in Marketing and Content Strategy & Execution to join our small, fast-moving team. You will work side by side with our CEO and content team, and help shape our whole marketing strategy. You'll deliver content that attracts and engages our audience, supports product growth, and drives measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, works well with others, and is self-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop and execute content strategies across social, blog, email, and community channels

• Analyze our current brand strenghts and weaknesses, and come up with immediate steps to improve

• Create written and visual content: social posts, short-form videos, blog drafts, email copy, and basic design assets

• Support content planning: brainstorm ideas, build content calendars, and coordinate schedules

• Edit and polish copy to maintain a clear, approachable tone appropriate for our audience

• Assist with campaign setup and optimisation for organic and paid channels

• Track performance metrics, report insights, and recommend iterative improvements

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and founders to align messaging and timelines

Location & Commitment

• Duration: Two months, through BI Internship only.

• We are a remote first company, but have offices at Mesh Youngstorget. You'll be sitting with our CEO and surrounded by the best startups in Norway at Founders Hub, as well as Europes most active early stage investor, Antler.

Who We’re Looking For

• Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; able to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages

• Team player: Collaborative mindset; enjoys working across functions and giving and receiving feedback

• Self-driven: Takes initiative, manages time well, and can deliver with minimal supervision

• Comfortable with basic video editing and image creation tools (even at an intermediate level)

• Data-aware: uses analytics to inform and iterate on content choices

• Active on social platforms and curious about trends in tech, design, or related creative communities

Requirements

• Currently studying a related degree (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or similar)

• Strong portfolio of writing or content examples (academic, personal, or professional)

• Familiarity with social platforms and content tools (scheduling, analytics, basic editing tools)

• Experience with building brands in any way is a plus (could be also your own social channels, personal projects or professional)
