About the role

  • Sensorita is at an exciting stage: with just 7 FTEs, soon to be 10, and plans for growth within the next year. The scope of responsibilities will expand as the team grows, but will primarily focus on operations and finance.

  • You'll work closely with the CEO in a central, core role during a crucial period, offloading her to focus more on sales activities.

Main responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks to support the CEO, including setting up processes, managing contracts and legal matters, preparing for board meetings, creating investor updates, and other small and big tasks

  • Develop financial models, strategies, and reports

  • Prepare for and participate in raising a Series A round

  • Can prioritize effectively and manage workload, ensuring that important tasks are completed

  • Possess interest in and experience with fundamental financial concepts

  • Speak Norwegian

Tasks include, but not limited to:

Finance and Reporting:

  • Create and monitor rolling forecast (together with CFO for hire)

  • Reporting to EU, Innovation Norway, and Norwegian Research Council

  • Following up with our accountant

  • Cash flow management

  • Contracts (with assistance from legal advisor)

Administrative and Executive Support:

  • Prepare board meeting pre-reads

  • Prepare investor updates

  • Prepare data room and material for fundraising and assist in fundraising process

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Take part in strategic discussions

Operations and Project Management:

  • Manage cross-functional projects, such as data collection

  • Assist in marketing and sales activities
