The team you will be joining:

The Talent Team in reMarkable drives the Talent Acquisition processes in Norway and internationally. This diverse team has an amazing team culture; we bring out the best in each other, collaborate closely to share learning, pipelines and best practices. We have fun together and thrive in an organization that is growing. Today we are a team of four Talent Advisors, specialized in covering recruitment needs for different departments, one coordinator owning interview bookings and administrative tasks - and then there is you!

As our new Talent Specialist, you will work on critical areas for a successful recruitment process.There are many different ways to identify, attract and qualify talent - and having a dedicated person to focus on our search, positioning the advertisements to the market as well as being a contributor to our Employer Branding initiatives will strengthen our team deliverables. The opportunity to focus on these areas will add value to our Talent Strategies and Hiring Teams - partnering up to build long term sourcing strategies aligned with company growth and recruitment planning.

Your responsibilities as Talent Specialist:

  • Subject Matter Expert in Sourcing
    Leveraging your experience to maximize the use of the LinkedIn Recruiter tool to drive our global sourcing strategy. By creating quality search strings using advanced search, you will have search workshops with hiring managers and use that insights to set up automated search. You will use your creativity to investigate different ways of sourcing.

  • Attracting Talent
    reMarkable is growing and we have many active roles at any given time. We work together to ensure attracting candidates from different markets and give them a great experience. We offer relocation help for international applicants, and you will collaborate on strategies to reach the right talent and identify ways to position these opportunities in the global talent market. You will strengthen the team by creating different templates and collaborating on writing ads. The opportunity is there to drive department specific open-application initiatives to attract candidates to our departments.

  • Screening Interviews
    Our mission is to provide excellent support for our hiring managers, and we passionately work to identify top talent for all our open positions. The Talent Advisors identify the competencies we need to create screening templates, and we need your skills to ensure we come across a broad range of potential candidates.You will benefit the hiring team by speaking with potential candidates, across different roles.

  • Employer Branding
    We collaborate with several departments to position ourselves on our platforms and in the market. Keeping up to date on current Employer Branding trends and creating content to attract the right talent is a fun collaboration initiative that you will contribute to and continuously update.

  • Developing yourself
    reMarkable is on an exciting journey, and the Talent Team is fortunate enough to grow with the company. If you have the following experience, we find it likely that you will succeed with us

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience

  • Extensive experience with different ways of Sourcing

  • LinkedIn Recruiter superuser

  • A proven track record in writing text in English (advertisements and/or Employer branding)

  • It is beneficial if you have your experience from global recruitment and/or in Tech industry
