About the role

Working within Supply Chain Planning and Control entails being responsible for part of our operations and making sure it delivers as it should. At the same time you will be working on major improvement projects. This dual role will give you the opportunity to influence and understand our global day-to-day business and develop our current processes. You will be responsible for continuously improving our existing processes and identifying larger development opportunities where you also will be the key person in the improvement projects required. In addition to projects within your area you will participate in projects across other departments, such as marketing, sales and strategy.

In this role, you can expect to work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate extensively with our global supply chain partners. You will contribute to develop and expand our newly established IT-portfolio to ensure operational excellence within this domain. You will be part of the Supply Chain department and report to the Head of Operational Planning & Control.

Main tasks and responsibilities will involve:

• Being responsible for planning and controlling the operations at one or more of our global partners. Make sure we utilize our resources in a way that balances resilience, flexibility and costs

• Being responsible for preparing data and metrics for the Sales & Operations Planning and the Sales & Operations Execution processes

• Identifying improvements and developing the domain or processes you are responsible for

• Contributing to improving reMarkable’s overall Supply Chain Planning and Control processes

• Contribute to implementing and utilizing the capabilities of best-of-breed supply chain management systems at rM (SAP and O9)

• Contribute or lead cross-functional projects to improve our current supply chain set up, processes or technology

Who are you?

• You have a Masters degree in relevant subjects

• You have 2+ years of experience in consulting, eCommerce or other relevant industries

• Proactive and analytical with strong problem-solving and communication skills

• You have experience with Supply Chain Planning, utilizing IT-systems for supply chain management, and project related work

• You are ambitious and driven with a desire to make a positive impact at a growing tech company

• Professional Working Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Nordic language skills are considered to be a bonus
