We work with some of the largest property companies, retailers and brokers including OBOS, Eiendomsspar, Stor-Oslo Eiendom, Norgesgruppen, CBRE, Princess, Fretex, etc.
About the role
As our new Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring new and existing customers get value from Plaace. You’ll be the strategic advisor for the customer and be a central part of all the steps in the customer journey. Your focus will be both to grow existing customers by helping them realize the value they get from the platform, as well as to carry out and assist in analysis projects. Your analytical skills will therefore play an important part.
Other tasks you’ll take part in can be anything from onboarding and training new customers and users, following up through Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and status meetings, and handling support requests.
More specifically the job entails:
- Be the customer’s strategic adviser by assisting in analysis-projects
- Upsell and expand customers with additional features or grow the account by bringing on more departments and users
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) & status meetings with customers
- Do customer onboarding and training of the Plaace platform
- Be the customer voice internally by bringing feedback and input from customers to the team and product development
- Support customers on ad hoc requests
Who we are looking for:
We require that you speak Norwegian and are able to work from our office in Oslo. We look for the following qualifications:
- 2-5 years working in consulting or project management
- Analytical understanding and ability to see the customers potential use cases
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal Norwegian
- Multitasker & able to juggle multiple priorities
- Startup mindset - comfortable working in a fast changing environment
