Head of Sales and Marketing / Key Account Manager

Can you help us get the best out of this situation, and take us to the next level?
Tasks can include, among others:
- Strategic development, we’re looking ahead at where we want to be in 2-3 years.
- Positioning Over Easy Solar in core markets and beyond.
- Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, visibility at exhibitions and in relevant media.
- Development of long-term partnerships, customer meetings and follow-ups
- Develop guidelines, documentation, sales and planning tools, including software for internal use and as support for our partners and customers.
- The position reports to our Chief Commercial Officer
We are looking for a person with some of the following qualifications:
- You have a strong desire to make an impact and contribute to accelerating the energy transition
- You burn for innovation and see opportunities where new products meet new markets
- You like to solve challenges that seem impossible at first glance
- You work creatively on how to reach long term goals
- Experience with sales, preferably within solar energy, building materials or electrical equipment
- An international mindset and openness to work with people of different backgrounds
- Fluency in other languages in addition to English is an advantage
- Both senior and junior candidates will be considered, and responsibilities can be adapted to the candidate

About Over Easy Solar:
The company was founded in January 2021, to develop a patent-pending solar unit that will greatly simplify solar installations on flat and green roofs.
