Job Summary:

The Image Grader plays a key role in image annotation, product validation, and field-level support activities critical to Oivi’s medical imaging solutions and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Using the OIVI web annotation tool, accurately identify and annotate all DR-related abnormalities and any additional findings from retinal images, ensuring adherence to standardized grading criteria for consistency and reliability.

· Record all observations related to image quality, gradeability, and additional abnormalities.

· Use the OIVI report generation tool to create diagnostic reports for multiple client centres, ensuring each report is generated within a 10-minute turnaround time (TAT).

· Adhere to timelines and daily/weekly annotation targets set by the Project Lead.

· Flag ungradable or poor-quality images for review.

· Collaborate with the clinical team for case discussions and clarification of grading-related queries.

· Maintain confidentiality of patient data and follow all data protection guidelines.

· Participate in quality control and review processes when required.

· Participate in field testing and demonstrations alongside engineering teams.

· Contribute to product validation activities, including user experience (UX) research.

· Assist in the setup and execution of eye camps and field demonstrations.

· Support the sales team in demo installations and collect user feedback.

· Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and analysts for system improvement.

· Learn and adopt new tools and skills as required for evolving responsibilities.

· Perform ad hoc tasks and support cross-functional teams as needed.

· Adhere to OIVI’s standards of quality, best practices, and Code of Ethics.

Qualifications:

· Graduate in Science or relevant discipline (preferred).

· Experience in image analysis, field demos, or ophthalmology tools is a plus.
