Senior Sales Manager

As the Senior Sales Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales strategy in the region. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales professionals and collaborating closely with the marketing and product development departments. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, hands-on sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the agritech market in Spain.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in Spain.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products.
Work closely with the product development team to provide insights and feedback from the market to influence product enhancements.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for presentation to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agricultural Engineering or a related field. MBA is an advantage but not a requirement.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management within the agritech industry in Spain.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing sales professionals.
Deep understanding of the Spanish agritech market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
