Our flagship solution, the AV1 robot, is deployed in 19 countries with over 5,000 units, supporting schools to sustain attendance for children who cannot be physically present. The Opportunity - Head of Sales
Germany stands as a central pillar of our global mission. As our second-largest market with over 1,800 units deployed, we have established a trusted foundation and a solution that educators rely on daily. We have proven that the need is real and the impact is scalable.
Now, we are entering a phase of strategic elevation. We are looking for a proven sales leader to guide our expansion across Germany. While your team is positioned in the field -staying close to the communities they serve- you will anchor our commercial culture from Munich, bringing the team together to foster connection, collaboration, and shared ambition.
As Head of Sales, you will own our regional growth and the culture that drives it. You will lead by example, coaching your Account Managers to navigate complex decision-making landscapes and secure sustainable impact. Acting as the bridge between local market realities and global strategy, you will build an environment where “heart and rigor” coexist - cultivating the deep empathy required to serve our mission while instilling the commercial discipline required to lead the market. You will shape the future of how inclusive technology is adopted at scale in Europe’s most important markets.
What You’ll Do — Scope & Responsibilities
Cultivate a high-performance culture: You will lead with true mentorship, investing deeply in the craft and confidence of your team. Through regular coaching, deal clinics, and dry-runs, you will create a psychological safe space where Account Managers are challenged to grow, empowered to take ownership, and supported to exceed their potential
Architect the regional growth strategy: You will analyze market data to define the most effective path to scale. This includes optimizing territory allocation, identifying high-potential segments, and ensuring we have the right coverage to turn market demand into tangible Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Instill commercial and operational rigor: You will own the integrity of our data. By driving pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and adherence to sales processes in HubSpot, you will provide the leadership team with the visibility needed to make informed strategic decisions
Navigate complex commercial landscapes: You will support your team in unlocking larger, multi-stakeholder opportunities. You will help them map decision paths within education authorities and municipalities, moving conversations from single-unit sales to strategic framework agreements
Unify the internal engine: You will act as the connector between the field and the wider organization. By collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you will ensure that our go-to-market efforts are aligned, feedback loops are active, and our customers receive a seamless experience from signature to success
Amplify our mission externally: You will represent No Isolation at industry conferences, policy forums, and partner events. You will be a visible advocate for inclusion, positioning our technology not just as a product, but as a necessary standard in modern education
What You Bring — Experience & Capabilities
Proven sales leadership track record: You bring extensive experience leading B2B sales teams to success. You understand the nuances of selling complex solutions - ideally within the education or public sector - and have a history of hitting targets while maintaining team morale
Coaching and development DNA: You view leadership primarily as a service to your team. You possess the emotional intelligence to identify individual drivers and the skill to coach different personality types toward their personal best
Methodological discipline: You don’t rely on luck; you rely on structure. You are experienced in applying sales methodologies (such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, and /or Challenger) to pressure-test deals, control timelines, and build quantified business cases
Analytical and operational mindset: You are comfortable with data. You have mastery of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and can translate metrics into actionable coaching insights and accurate forecasts
Language & Location: Native-level German and professional fluency in English. You are based in Munich (or willing to relocate) to provide hands-on leadership from our Munich office

Location
This position is based in our Munich office with occasional travel across the region to support your team in the field.
We believe great leadership is built on presence, so we value in-person collaboration alongside a flexible hybrid model. You can also expect occasional trips to our London and Oslo offices to stay closely connected with the wider organisation.
