Kahoot! is on the lookout for an engaged and experienced Senior Manager, Global BDR to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by leading a team of BDRs who generate and qualify leads for our sales teams. Your expertise and leadership will empower the team to successfully engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and elevate their interest in Kahoot!'s innovative learning solutions.

As the Senior Manager, Global BDR, you will strategize and implement effective lead generation tactics while ensuring your team meets and exceeds their targets. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator, motivator, and strategist, passionate about building a high-performing team that supports the growth of our organization.

This position can be based in Copenhagen, Denmark or Oslo, Norway.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the BDR team, fostering a positive culture of performance and collaboration.
  • Set team goals and metrics while ensuring clarity in individual targets and expectations for BDRs.
  • Monitor and report on BDR team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on lead generation best practices and effective communication strategies.

Business Development

  • Develop and execute scalable strategies for generating and qualifying leads across multiple segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify target accounts and drive effective outreach programs.
  • Enhance lead generation processes to improve conversion rates and optimize the customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and inform strategies.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales management, with a focus on leading teams in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and successfully managing a team of BDRs or similar sales roles.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team to achieve success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to drive cohesive strategies.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
