Presales Solutions Engineer

Kahoot! is expanding fast across the Asia-Pacific region and we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who wants to be part of building our pre-sales foundation from the ground up.
You’ll work with Account Executives to design impactful solutions, deliver compelling demos, and show customers how Kahoot! helps drive engagement, connection, and measurable learning outcomes.
You’ll be part of a small and high-impact GTM-team in an emerging region, thus this role is perfect for someone early or mid-way through their pre-sales career - perhaps coming from Customer Success or another customer-facing role - who’s eager to grow into a consultative role and help shape Kahoot’s enterprise presence across APAC.
This position is based in Melbourne, Australia and reports to the Global Manager, Pre-sales.
On a typical day, you will
- Partner with Sales to design, deliver, and position Kahoot solutions across the region.
- Run discovery sessions that uncover customer needs and map them to clear, impactful solutions.
- Deliver engaging demos that showcase Kahoot’s value to business leaders and teams.
Support customers through technical validations and proof-of-concepts. - Localize and adapt demo materials and success stories for the APAC market.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure consistency across regions.
- Use AI tools and creative approaches to enhance productivity and storytelling.

- 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or customer-facing roles (e.g. Customer Success, Advocacy, or Support).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional APAC languages a plus).
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and business acumen - able to connect Kahoot’s value to customer priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to learn, experiment, and help shape something new.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
- Energized by fast-paced environments and motivated by customer success.
- Familiarity with structured qualification (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) and a commercial mindset to identify value drivers and influence decision-making.
