In this role, you will report either to the Billing & Subscriptions Manager or the Team Lead of General Support in Krakow, Poland. You will also collaborate with our on-site support teams in Oslo, Norway, and Austin, TX.

- Has one year (or longer) experience with customer support.
- Has a clear vision of what great support is and how support processes should scale in the future.
- Has experience in handling customer complaints proactively.
- Has a high level of English, both written and verbal.
- Has a customer-first mindset.
- Is energetic, driven, and open to change.
- Is a self-starter, troubleshooter, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Works well under pressure and keeps their head cool when the workload increases.
- We also value someone with experience in managing and using customer support systems such as Zendesk, although it is not required.
Main duties
As our next Customer Care Specialist, you will do the following:
- Answer customer inquiries, such as questions about creating and sharing kahoots, playing and discovering games, and account management for our customers via email.
- Be responsible for answering and supporting our subscription customers throughout our customer-facing processes, such as billing, payment, and account management for our subscription customer via email.
- Be responsible for moderation and support of the Kahoot! help center forum.
- Have extensive knowledge of our products and stay in the loop with all updates.
- Both the platform and the app, as well as any additional paid features.
- Manage the incoming sales lead funnel.
