The role

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing initiatives to enhance sales workflows, develop training programs, and support cross-functional collaboration to drive our revenue success.

Responsibilities

  • Engage, collaborate and align closely with the other team members of the Commercial Excellence team in order to execute and succeed with high quality commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Distribute and anchor professional frameworks and best practices with a scope of empowerment to boost commercial performance and excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with commercial management to understand requirements in their teams and individual levels of competencies in teams, in order to deliver relevant, engaging and motivating learning paths and assessments.
  • Ensure that the Commercial Academy and Commercial Playbook is always updated and easy to navigate.
  • Define, align, track and report on your own key indicators for success linked to the sales performance.
  • Analyze data from the Commercial Academy reports and deliver inputs to stakeholders and the Commercial Excellence Director.
  • Anchor and document the use of the Commercial Playbook and the Commercial Academy in the Commercial Global Organisation.
  • Deliver a highly professional Commercial Academy with foundation in our Kahoot! Platform.
  • Work in an organized way cultivating high pace and quality of deliverables.
  • Drive the Commercial Academy and the Commercial Playbook with passion for enablement and excellence through continuous focus on improvement and identifying potential in the commercial organization.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent. Relevant experience can compensate for this requirement.
    • It is an advantage to have experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or training/development roles preferably within the SaaS industry.
    • Fluency in English is a requirement.
    • Excellent visual design skills, knowledge in LMS usage and toolkit building.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Experience in creating learning content and commercial training materials.
    • Demonstrated project management/coordination experience and ability to drive several cross-organisational projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently to drive own projects, and ensure good collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
    • Structured and organised with the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
