As our Enterprise Sales Director for EMEA, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our enterprise sales strategy, leading and developing a growing talented team of 15 people, and fostering lasting relationships with key clients.

About the role
You will be leading the EMEA Enterprise Sales organization to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive long-term, sustainable revenue growth.
You’ll oversee all sales activities, from pipeline development and closing to renewals, expansions, and forecasting, ensuring the execution of effective sales strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including CX, Channel Sales, and Customer Success, you will drive alignment, maximize revenue opportunities, and fuel our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive results: Lead the Enterprise Sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, ensuring we deliver impact for both Kahoot! and our customers.
- Strategic leadership: Define and execute a winning sales strategy, guiding your team through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing, upselling, and renewals.
- Develop Account Strategies: Create and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth and retention in key accounts, providing oversight on high-value opportunities.
- Customer engagement: Build meaningful relationships with our key enterprise clients, supporting your team in navigating complex sales cycles and closing strategic deals.
- Upselling & renewals: Strengthen our framework for managing renewals and expansions, helping our customers continue their journey with Kahoot!.
Forecasting & reporting: Provide senior leadership with accurate sales forecasts and data-driven insights to continuously refine our revenue operation. - Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with key decision-makers—both internally and externally—to drive long-term success for Kahoot! and our customers.
- Team development: Inspire, mentor, and coach Industry Sales Managers and Account Executives, fostering their professional growth and success. Partner with Commercial Excellence to plan and conduct training programs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with CX, Channel Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to create a seamless customer experience and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Market insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs to ensure we remain a trusted partner in the enterprise learning space.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales, with a strong track record of leadership and revenue growth.
- Experience leading leaders—a plus if you’ve managed managers and built high-performing sales organizations.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute, adapt, and drive change in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills—you're great at breaking down complex challenges and finding actionable solutions.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially when working on large, complex enterprise deals.
- A collaborative mindset—you thrive in cross-functional teams and are excited to work with stakeholders across the business.
