Kahoot! is looking for an SDR to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on business development in the business enterprise market. With a large portion of businesses in ANZ already using Kahoot, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and deepening our relationship and presence within these businesses.

This position is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Responsibilities

As one of our first K!rew members in Australia, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify and book opportunities with ANZ businesses looking to level up their onboarding and training internally.
  • With hundreds of businesses already using Kahoot, reach out to existing users to switch to paid plans, or receive introductions and book meetings with decision makers at department or C-suite level.
  • Map out the businesses in Australia, match back with current usage and define a set of target accounts to contact.
  • Stay up to date on industry news and understand the learning landscape.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers, using Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong and other platforms.
  • Make an average of 80 outbound activities to prospects daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages), with the goal of scheduling platform walk-throughs and starting the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next step.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Kahoot! products, customers needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • As we’re still a small team in Australia, team members must be open to other duties that support our growth and our community.
  • Represent Kahoot at conferences in ANZ.
  • A background in sales (SDR/BDR and SaaS experience preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Experience using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and/or other similar tools.
  • Motivation and determination to succeed paired with positive mindset that allows you to (over)reach your targets.
  • Coachability and self-awareness.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively in a distributed, international setting.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with a drive to exceed expectations.
