The Commercial Data Analyst reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The position can be located in Copenhagen, Denmark or Oslo, Norway.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst 's main responsibility shall be to provide support across all areas of the business. The role will be providing the commercial teams and management with the proactive actionable insights they need to make the right decision so that we can make a positive impact on learning in classrooms and workplaces worldwide.

  • Make actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve operations, enhance customer experience, or increase profitability.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance trends to management and sales leadership teams.
  • Working closely with the data engineering team responsible for our data analytics platform and Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to understand their problems and provide them with actionable data analyses.
  • Work closely with key members of the data team to build, maintain and improve reporting systems. This includes owning the quality and flow of commercial data to our data warehouse and the collection of new data.
  • Collaborating with our CRM team to streamline processes and reporting across our CRM platform (HubSpot) and other relevant tools.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of data insights into sales processes.
  • Own data quality from a commercial perspective, this includes established clear definitions, secure completeness, enhancement and enrichment of data, and regularly data wash.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics to monitor commercial success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, translate and communicate results to stakeholders.
