As a Senior Channel Manager in our expanding EMEA/APAC Channel Sales team, you will identify, develop, and manage channel partners to drive substantial revenue growth in the region. You will be responsible for exceeding your quarterly revenue quota through both new business acquisition and upsells with existing channel partners.

The role

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand your portfolio of new and existing channel partners, converting partnerships into tangible sales opportunities. You will ensure the effective implementation and execution of the Channel Strategy within the region to achieve profitable sales and market share growth.

This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Director, Channel Sales, EMEA/APAC.


Responsibility

  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships to resellers, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), referral partners, content partners and other relevant partners to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales plans with channel partners, identifying key opportunities and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure channel sales activities align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and improve their ability to sell Kahoot! products or services effectively.
  • Assist channel partners with product positioning, configuration, demonstrations, sales strategy, and closing deals.
  • Establish revenue targets for channel partners and develop plans to meet or exceed these targets.
  • Handle pipeline generation and revenue forecast reporting.
  • Analyze sales performance data and metrics to assess channel effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Lead negotiations with channel partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements that support revenue growth and align with company objectives.
