DragonBox is a Kahoot! company that develops and maintains educational games and a school method so that learning and motivation are never again at odds for any student!

The learning apps team and school team is located in the French offices in Paris and you will get the opportunity to work with people from Norway, Finland, and many other countries allowing you to work in an international environment. You will be working with product managers, developers, QA and many different specialities.

Your mission will be - among others - to support our DragonBox School product in Norway, Finland, and especially in France. If you’re excited about making learning awesome with one of the top 20 Europe's Fastest Growing Companies, join us!

On a daily basis, you will do two things:

Product Support :

• Handle customer support and communication in France
• Collaborate with support team form Norway, Finland and France

Product Management

• Support maintenance (any ongoing development with the product)
• Support product logistics (deliveries, requests)
• Support QA processes and tasks
• Ensure communication between the stakeholders
• Oversee team tasks and ensure deliveries
• Support product sales

The internship will last 6 months, starting mid-August if possible (back to school season in the nordics).
