The People Operations Specialist's main responsibility shall be to provide administrative and operational support to the People team on dedicated projects with special emphasis on HR operations and recruitment.

The position will be based in Copenhagen and reports to the Senior HR Director located in Oslo.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring teams in recruitment processes with special focus on jobs posting, candidates vetting, scheduling interviews, initial screening under the supervision of a Recruiter or HR Business Partner.
• Assist in maintaining the internal HR information systems and ensure accurate and up to date information
• Coordinate employees’ onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in setting up and organizing L&D events, including scheduling, registration and logistics
• Maintain accurate records of all L&D activities, including participant tracking and budget management
• Engage with our remote colleagues to foster collaboration, clear communication and an inclusive working environment
