Are you an experienced business development professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the Americas market? Kahoot! is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development - Americas to join our team and help expand our presence in the region.

As the Senior Manager, Business Development - Americas you will play a key role in defining and executing our growth strategy, driving revenue, and expanding our market presence within our enterprise segment. This role is responsible for a team of Sales Executives based in Austin.

The Senior Manager reports to the Senior Sales Director, Americas. The position is located in Austin, Texas.

The role is responsible for the following tasks (but not limited to):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for our enterprise segment in the Americas region
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise customers and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Provide strategic direction, and drive a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the reach and impact of our solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Lead by example and live the Kahoot! values (Playful, Curious and Inclusive)
  • Higher university degree (Bachelor's degree minimum)
  • Minimum 7 years experience in business development, sales, or a related managerial role.
  • Experience in B2B Software / SaaS is a definite plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
