As a Student Assistant in Sales Operations at Kahoot!, you will have the chance to work closely with our international sales teams, you will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Secure updated customer data in relevant CRM and invoicing systems.
• Assist on revenue recognition and invoicing for the assisted sales segment.
• Controlling and development of internal sales processes.
• Assist the Sales team with any ad-hoc back-office duties as required.
• Keep track of internal sales tools and support the organisation in these tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Operations team with daily operations, including pricing, account management, and contract management.
• Work closely with Customer Success to provide administrative support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting using Salesforce and other software tools.
• Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes and following up with action items.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support Sales and Marketing efforts.
• Organize and maintain the Sales team's database and administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Currently studying for your bachelor or master degree with a business og commercial oriented focus.
• Detail-oriented: Structured in your way of working with a good eye for quality and detail
• Keen eye for numbers and financial data with an interest in contracts and business law.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy person who works well with digital tools and easily adopts new technologies.
