Key details

To help us grow our sales pipeline we are looking for:

  • 1x Sales Development Representative who can speak Norwegian
  • 2x Sales Development Representatives who can speak Danish
  • 2x Sales Development Representatives who can speak Swedish

These roles can be based anywhere in the CET+2 time zone, but full proficiency in a Nordic language in addition to fluency in English is required.

We are on a fast, venture scale growth trajectory and need motivated and determined sales pros to reach our goals. This is an exciting time for us as we will be expanding our go-to-market deeper into the Nordics and we are looking for new colleagues to join us in building our outbound go-to-market team.

As an outbound Sales Development Representative you will be the front line revenue generator for Just. This is an important job, where you will be responsible for reaching out to mid and large sized businesses across the Nordics. Through outbound prospecting, you will use multiple channels including cold calls, email and social media to engage decision makers (typically the CFO or VP of Treasury). The goal is to educate prospects, bring awareness to our solutions and convert prospects into actionable leads for our Account Executives to close. You will be part of an exciting career path that could lead to senior sales or business development roles.

The position reports to the Head of Sales and is 100% remote. The role is compensated by a combination of base salary + commission. Base is determined by experience and demonstrated results.

What you will be doing

  • Prospect leads, and build/qualify the outbound sales pipeline for Account Executives. You will engage with prospective customers (typically companies that trade between $20 mln and $2bln in FX annually) by phone, email, social media and online events. We encourage creativity when it comes to campaigns that can generate leads in well-defined target markets
  • Understand and deliver the Just value proposition for a wide range of industries, personas and pain points
  • Convert outbound leads into qualified prospects for the Account Executive team to meet with through online video demonstrations
  • Manage data in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all communications are logged and records kept up to date
  • Share ideas and best practices with your colleagues

Your profile

  • Previous experience from an outbound sales role is required
  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently
  • Experience from using a CRM and funnel based sales methodology
  • A positive and energetic attitude and approach
  • Tenacity and determination
  • Self-starter who also works well as part of a team

How you will be measured

  • # of outreach: Measures the amount of outgoing calls, emails and activities per month
  • # of discovery calls set: The number discovery calls scheduled during the calendar month
  • # of discovery calls completed: Total number of calls held, completed and recorded in CRM
  • # of demos booked for Account Executives: Total number of booked and completed demos booked per quarter.
  • $$ pipeline value: Sales pipeline value created from demos schedules and held
