Intelecy is looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to take part in an exciting journey and play a central part in enabling our clients to realize value.

Intelecy’s no-code Industrial AI SaaS platform is built for industrial data and made for industrial citizens. The easy-to-use tools enable engineers and operators to create, use, and operationalize machine-learning models without prior coding knowledge. Intelecy is already loved and used by companies like TINE, Vianode, Glencore, IFF, Heidelberg Materials, and many more.

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with our customers to ensure they achieve the desired outcomes and remain satisfied with their purchase. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our mission and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

A glimpse of what your responsibilities would be:

  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Plans:
    Formulate and implement comprehensive Customer Success plans, meticulously aligned with business targets and value realization roadmaps.
  • Cultivate Trusted Advisor Relationships:
    Foster strong relationships as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders, ensuring not only high customer satisfaction but also securing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Drive User Adoption at Scale:
    Spearhead widespread user adoption through engaging training sessions and workshops, empowering clients to maximize the potential of our no-code Industrial AI SaaS solution.
  • Continuously Coach on New Features:
    Provide ongoing guidance to customers, illuminating the benefits of new Intelecy features and demonstrating practical strategies for realizing substantial value.
  • Craft Joint Success Stories:
    Collaborate in the creation of compelling success stories for both internal insights and external communications, showcasing the tangible impact of Intelecy's solutions.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer:
    Act as the primary advocate for customers within Intelecy, offering invaluable insights to the product team and swiftly addressing high-severity requests or escalations.
  • Engage Customers through Various Channels:
    Cultivate customer engagement through diverse channels, including newsletters, webinars, and events, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Contribute to Training Development:
    Play a crucial role in developing impactful training courses and educational materials, ensuring clients have the resources needed for success.

About you

To be successful in this role, you most likely have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within business consulting, industrial software, or similar
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, building credible relationships on various levels of the organization, ranging from the management team to the factory floor
  • Experience in preparing and hosting a wide variety of customer meetings, including workshops, business reviews, product demos, and similar
  • Experience from the Manufacturing industry, with an understanding of common customer pain points
  • Strong communication skills
  • Background from or a strong interest in working for a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
  • Preferably experience developing and executing on strategic Customer Success or Account Plans
