Do you want to help shape the future of how civil engineers, planners and decision-makers work using the latest technology? Then this one is for you.
Infraspace was built to redefine how roads, railways and other civil infrastructure are planned and designed. We believed it was about time to start building next-generation software for the industry, and we started with early-stage design, optioneering and optimization.
We’ve built a generative design (AI) platform that enables engineers, planners and decision-makers to explore thousands of design alternatives, generate 3D models and analytics instantly, and work in a user-friendly web application. In short, we help turn workflows that traditionally take days into minutes, trusted by the leading engineering firms.
Today, Infraspace is used on infrastructure projects internationally, improving project outcomes by reducing costs and saving time, while increasing focus on environmental impact in the early stages.

Join us on our mission to redefine civil engineeringAfter more than five years of building Infraspace, we've developed a platform with unique capabilities for optimization and optioneering in infrastructure projects. Our technology has received global awards and industry recognition, we're already working with some of the largest engineering firms, and demand continues to grow. That’s why we need you.
If you are a civil engineer with a strong technical sense, but frustrated by the tedious manual workflows that still dominate the industry today, we want to speak with you. We genuinely think this is one of the most exciting roles for driven engineers who want to help shape the future of civil engineering.
When you join the team, you should expect rapid and dynamic development, both commercially and technically. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and have the ability to prioritize what to focus on.
Collaborate with our ambitious technical team
You will work closely with the rest of the team, both the product team and our customer-facing colleagues. Your main purpose will be to make sure our customers maximize the value they get from using Infraspace. This will typically involve assisting and supporting them directly, and making sure they fully understand the platform’s capabilities.
To succeed in this role, we think you need to enjoy collaborating with technical people, and be a strong communicator with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Success: Deliver product demonstrations, lead onboarding sessions, and support users.
- Content Creation: Prepare demo cases, presentations, tutorials, and user guides.
- Product Development: Spend time understanding customer pain points and bring those vital insights back to the development team to shape the platform's future.
- Industry Engagement: Represent Infraspace at customer meetings and industry events (some international travel expected).
We think you do not get scared when you hear the word ‘clothoid’. You either know what it is already, or you're the kind of person who will find out before lunch.
- Experience: Around 2–3 years of technical experience from infrastructure, energy or civil engineering, either as a civil engineer yourself or by working with one.
- Technical Skills: Experience with road design, 3D modelling, CAD, BIM or GIS. Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D, Trimble Novapoint, or Bentley OpenRoads is an advantage.
- Education: A technical education at BSc or MSc level, preferred within civil engineering, infrastructure, transportation, geomatics, or a related field.
- Mindset: A quick learner with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to build long-lasting relationships.
If you want to make an impact on one of the world's largest industries while helping build technology with incredible potential, we'd love to hear from you.
