About the role

As Head of Finance and Strategy, you will take on variety of tasks within finance and investor relations, company strategy, and compliance. Your role will be divided between owning financial processes, supporting the CEO in setting the strategy, and ensuring we are compliant to regulations such as ISO 27001 and similar. The ideal candidate is someone who is structured, can execute but also collaborate and influence, and is comfortable with the fast-paced environment of a startup/scaleup.

What you’ll do as Head of Finance and Strategy

• Lead dialogue with auditors, accountants, and oversee annual reports
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and key SaaS metrics
• Support in investor relations, fundraising and M&A strategy
• Lead potential grant application processes
• Set company strategy, drive execution and follow up OKRs in collaboration with management
• Support the go-to-market strategy and business expansion initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations
• Prepare key reports and insights for board and management meetings

We are looking someone with

• A strong track record of success in finance, management consulting, investment banking or other relevant operational positions, typically built over several years of hands-on experience
• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Xledger is a plus
• Strong analytical skills. You are structured and like to uncover insights.
• Familiarity with M&A processes, fundraising and financial modelling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
