As the Drone Operations Manager, you will lead, coordinate, and execute drone installations, driving the energy transition forward.

What will you be working with

• Create a scalable model to formalize partnerships for drone operations globally.

• Oversee logistics required for drone activities, including transportation and customs clearance.

• Ensure operational safety by adhering to our systematic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) approach.

• Plan and coordinate flights, conduct risk analysis and operational reporting, and maintain our drones and Neuron installation tools.

• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements and collaborate with our development team to improve and test our drone systems.

Who are we looking for

• Familiarity with industry standards, aviation, and government regulations.

• Experience in identifying, developing, and negotiating relationships with new partners
  
• Familiarity with U.S. department of transportation/FAA requirements for commercial drone operations.

• Experience flying drones, preferably with drone certificates A1/A3 and A2.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline with minimal supervision.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
