THE POSITION:
We are growing and looking for a Project Manager for our US customers. You will manage technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality of new installation projects, as well as analytic and technical support after installation. The role also requires liaising with cross-functional internal teams in both US and Norway.
You will need to learn fast to understand our product and services. You will get a lot of responsibilities and must be highly capable of juggling many tasks. Some traveling is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management of customer projects defining technical solutions, maintaining project plans, customer coordination, internal team communications, risk mitigation, status updates and escalations. Perform project duties including line analysis, commissioning of sensors, deployment of software, and integration of solutions into customer EMS/SCADA.
- Travel to project sites for installation support, integrations, and training services.
- Provide technical support and insights to customers, responding to customer feedback, support installations and other maintenance.
- Maintain relationship with the technical teams internally to stay updated on the latest product releases and features.
- Support sales in preparation of proposals in response to RFXs and sales processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience from the Power Transmission and Distribution Industry, ideally work experience related to EMS/SCADA.
- Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 combined with experience from project management, preferable within SaaS and/or IT projects.
- ITIL certification is a plus.

SKILLS:
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and solution orientated mindset.
- Customer centric with experience from customer facing roles in a technical environment.
- Ability to juggle highly operational tasks, customers meetings, and multiple projects with different timelines at the same time.
- Experience with industry protocols to integrate data into EMS/SCADA.
- Ability to work in an international team.
- Flexible to work outside of business hours when required.
