THE POSITION:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as Head of Projects, leading our efforts in successfully delivering projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing the value they derive from our technologies. This role demands a unique blend of project management expertise, technical acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead our project team to successfully initiate, plan, execute, and monitor customer projects.
• Manage project deliveries, customer coordination, internal team communications, risk mitigation, status updates and escalations.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures. Implement feedback loops to gather insights from customers and internal teams, driving continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Gain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and technical aspects. Use this knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and to guide customers in maximizing the value of their investment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Technology or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the Power Transmission and Distribution Industry.
• Strong understanding of the energy industry, grid technologies, and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in project management and customer success roles.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Ability to balance technical complexities with customer needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German.
