A digital learning platform helping immigrants and refugees to integrate into Norwegian working life, Digna consists of online workshops to learn about yourself, cultural differences, the value of the experiences from one's home country, and how they can be used in Norwegian working life. The platform provides the tools to become autonomous in one's own learning process and to feel mastery in everyday life. It is developed by people with immigrant backgrounds who have experience of the process of integrating into Norwegian society and working life.
