This is an opportunity to shape a product used by tens of thousands of professionals and millions of meeting minutes every month at global companies. You’ll play a key role in expanding our platform, deepening our Microsoft integrations, and helping us transform how the world meets.

Your Mission

This role isn’t just about managing features — it’s about leading the product vision that helps customers have better, faster, and more effective meetings. As an AI-first organization, you’ll harness the power of AI across all aspects of the product to shape strategy and execution. You’ll own several product expansion initiatives and partner cross-functionally to bring them to life — from idea to launch to iteration.

What You’ll Do

• Own the success of multiple product expansion initiatives
• Leverage AI and intelligent agents across all aspects of the product and internal processes
• Drive features through the full lifecycle: ideation → spec → development → release → analysis → iteration
• Discover and validate product improvements through research, customer conversations, and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Partner with Microsoft product teams to integrate the newest Microsoft 365 features and provide early feedback
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform product strategy
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers to identify growth opportunities
• Use data and insights to guide prioritization, measure success, and iterate quickly

Your Background

• Have built, implemented, or experimented with AI tools or solutions — professionally or personally — to solve real problems
• 5–10 years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) at a high-performing software company
• Experience leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and customer-facing conversations
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, collaboration, and productivity tools
• Passion for meetings, collaboration, and decision-making culture
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or a related field

• Shipped AI functionality with clear internal or end-user impact
• 10–15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product development or management
• Domain expertise in meeting management, governance, or decision-making processes
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations and the Microsoft ecosystem
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Design
• Global experience working with diverse teams and cultures
• Proficiency in German, French, Norwegian, or Spanish
