Your Mission

This isn’t just about driving revenue—it’s about accelerating how quickly people discover, adopt, and realize value from our product. You’ll uncover the insights that inform our product roadmap, GTM motion, onboarding experience, and growth loops. Your work will directly impact how we scale—from the first user to the full enterprise rollout.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze the full funnel from awareness → adoption → activation → expansion
• Identify what drives exponential growth: user behaviors, product stickiness, viral loops, and more
• Partner with Product on activation, usage, and retention strategies
• Work with Marketing on user acquisition, campaign attribution, and messaging performance
• Collaborate with Sales & CS to improve lead conversion, scoring, and lifecycle analytics
• Build scalable dashboards and analytics models
• Run experiments that improve onboarding, monetization, and feature engagement
• Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate analysis, automate insights, and scale experimentation
• Surface insights that shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy

Your Background

• 2–5+ years in growth, product, or marketing analytics, preferably at a SaaS company
• Strong in SQL, product analytics platforms, CRM tools (HubSpot), and AI tools
• Experience working in PLG and enterprise B2B models
• Passion for understanding user behavior and turning it into strategy
• Bonus: experience in the Microsoft ecosystem or with collaboration/productivity tools
