About the Role
Curipod is a startup! We care about making a big impact quickly and we know it takes a cohesive, supportive team to achieve our goals. At larger companies, it takes a lot of time to work up to certain responsibilities. At Curipod, you’ll get an opportunity to learn a lot of skills quickly and operate with a lot of autonomy. This is a dream role for a recently transitioned teacher looking to learn and grow fast.
Serve as the founding team member of our customer success and professional development team.
Serve as the key point of contact for schools and districts that have purchased Curipod. Responsible for the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to implementation and professional development through renewal.
Ensure customer implementations of Curipod are strong and effective, providing consultative support and recommendations to customers both reactively and proactively (e.g. mid-year reviews, regular touch points, etc).
Analyze customer usage data and use data to provide impactful support and make implementation recommendations.
Serve as the “voice of the customer” within Curipod, providing critical feedback product and content feedback.
Deliver virtual and onsite professional development.
Provide a critical voice in how the Customer Success team operates, including ensuring the systems we use and ways we work are effective.
Attend and present at conferences on Curipod's behalf.
You are a great fit if:
1+ years of private sector experience in a customer success or service role. Background working in an edtech or education company is preferred.
Have lots of flexibility to travel (50%+) as needed within and outside of Texas for Professional Development, conferences and customer meetings.
Have a classroom teaching background. Coaching or instructional technology experience a plus.
Are customer obsessed and have a strong desire to deliver exemplary experiences for customers.
Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Highly detail oriented and organized.
Strong preference for candidates based in Texas.
