We are seeking a driven and agile EU Partnerships Manager who can move fast and navigate the entire sales funnel with expertise and dedication. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth, from generating new leads to nurturing relationships and closing deals with key stakeholders in the European football landscape.
What You'll Do
- Transform The Game: Drive real impact in football by introducing clubs to an innovative solution that measurably improves player and team performance.
- Make Football Your Job: Combine your love for football with a career where you will contribute to the growth and success of clubs and players at every level.
- Sales Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from proactive prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals with football clubs and organizations across Europe.
- Rapid Pipeline Building: Quickly identify and engage with potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline through various outreach strategies and a relentless approach.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert in the Be Your Best products, effectively demonstrating its features, benefits, and the value it brings to player development and club performance.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within football clubs and organizations, including sporting directors, academy managers, and head coaches.
- Strategic Sales: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions based on our cutting-edge simulation technology, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Be Your Best's offerings.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction that drives real performance gains.
Who You Are
- Young & Hungry: You might not have years of experience, but you possess a tremendous amount of internal drive and a burning desire to learn and succeed.

- Football Enthusiast: A strong understanding of the football ecosystem, including club structures, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders (e.g., sporting directors, analysts, coaches), is a significant advantage.
- Results-Driven: You are highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets and have a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively, and to present the technical advantages of our simulation tool.
- Relationship Builder: You are good at building rapport and trust with diverse individuals and organizations.
- Self-Starter & Independent: This is a remote position, so you must be highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing your time effectively and working autonomously.
- Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working closely with internal stakeholders, particularly the Customer Success team and product development.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Italian) are a strong plus.
