Summary:

Be Your Best™, the world’s leading Game Intelligence Training tool for Footballers, is looking for a world class Data & Analytics manager. The Data and Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading our team in building and maintaining a data-driven culture, developing and executing on our data strategy, and providing invaluable insights to the team and our stakeholders to help us make better decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on the company's data strategy
• Build and maintain a data warehouse and infrastructure that can support the company's growing data needs
• Work with stakeholders across the company to identify and meet their data needs
• Provide insights to stakeholders that help them make better decisions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data and analytics trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analytics
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of data engineers or analysts
• Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, and Firestore
• Strong SQL skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems

Bonus Points:

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude and Mixpanel
