Why this role matters

Ardoq is growing fast across Europe and we’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager who can turn our EMEA strategy into high-impact programmes that drive awareness, demand and deal acceleration.

You’ll own the regional marketing plan end to end, shaping how we show up in the market, how we partner with sales and how we create moments that move enterprise buyers from interest to action.

If you love building integrated campaigns, running standout events and collaborating closely with GTM teams to drive real commercial results, you’ll thrive here.

On a typical day, you will

  • Build and execute the EMEA marketing strategy aligned with corporate and regional GTM goals

  • Run integrated regional campaigns across email, digital, social and events

  • Plan and deliver a calendar of in-person and virtual events, from executive roundtables to conferences

  • Lead Ardoq’s presence at key Gartner events across the region

  • Track performance, analyse ROI and adapt plans to maximise impact

  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure alignment across the funnel

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in field or partner marketing for a B2B SaaS company, ideally enterprise-focused

  • Strong understanding of the demand generation funnel and how to build programmes that drive pipeline

  • Hands-on experience running high-impact regional events end to end

  • Comfortable owning partner marketing and co-branded initiatives

  • Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools

  • Collaborative, organised and comfortable working across teams and time zones
