As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping that future. This isn’t a “shadowing” internship, you’ll be building and shipping real code that makes an impact.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product teams to tackle real world problems, learning modern languages and frameworks while seeing your work go live to customers like Telia, Komplett, and Hafslund. Your contributions will help us explore new ideas, improve our platform, and push the boundaries of what is possible.

On a typical day, you will:

• Develop your own complex front-end and back-end applications

• Implement the project in code

• Learn the languages, tools, and frameworks that power modern applications

• Deploy directly to our ever-growing customer base, which includes Telia, Komplett, Cap Gemini, and Hafslund

• Collaborate between front-end and back-end

• Work with UX and design

• Have fun while making a positive impact

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years completed in a bachelor’s degree or 4 years in a master’s program

• A learning and sharing mindset: eager to grow while sharing your knowledge with others

• Programming experience in any language

• Interest in (or curiosity to learn) the technologies we use at Ardoq

• The drive to tackle challenges you may not have seen before

• The ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• AI fluency: You’ve experimented with AI tools (for work, studies, or personal projects) and are eager to learn how to apply them in your day-to-day role.
