Founding Europe Sales Lead

Build AnkerDB across continental Europe. This is a founding commercial role for someone who understands fragmented markets, can navigate complexity, and knows how to build trust across borders.

We’re looking for the person who will build AnkerDB across continental Europe.

Not to “expand into Europe.” To make it work for real.

This is not one market. It’s many. Different languages, different buying cultures, different expectations, different ways of building. That’s exactly why this role matters.

You’ll be our first commercial hire focused on continental Europe. No centralised playbook. No single market motion to copy-paste. Just a strong product, a fragmented market, and the opportunity to build something durable across it.

Europe is broader, more fragmented, and less forgiving of generic commercial motion. Buyers tend to be more cautious, trust takes longer to build, and commercial progress depends more on nuance than speed. This is a market shaped by interoperability, long-term thinking, and a stronger expectation that systems should work across tools, teams, and institutions.

You need to understand that.

This role is for someone who can navigate complexity without simplifying it away. Someone who understands that trust is built differently in different markets, that credibility looks different in Munich than in Milan, and that commercial progress in Europe comes from nuance, patience, and strong local judgment.

You’ll need to operate independently, learn fast, and build trust across a market that does not reward generic sales motion. This role needs someone commercially sharp, culturally aware, and close enough to the industry to understand why the people choosing us are taking real professional risk.

What matters most is not whether you can “scale outbound.” It’s whether you can build conviction in a market that values substance over noise.
