Founding US Sales Lead
Build AnkerDB in the US. This is a founding commercial role for someone who understands how large project teams buy software, moves fast, and knows how to turn trust into revenue.
We’re looking for the person who will bring AnkerDB to the US.
Not to “run sales.” To build the market.
You’ll be our first commercial hire in the US. No inherited pipeline. No polished playbook. No layers of process to hide behind. Just a real product, a real market, and the chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.
The US market moves fast, values conviction, and rewards clear commercial outcomes. Buyers are generally more willing to take calculated risk, but only when the case is credible and the upside is obvious. You need to understand how decisions get made in that environment, where speed matters, commercial value matters, and hesitation usually loses.
The people we sell to are not casually trying new software. They’re making high-trust decisions in environments where change has real operational and financial consequences. You need to understand that world well enough to earn credibility quickly, speak their language, and make the case in terms that matter to them.
This role is for someone who can operate independently, build trust fast, and create momentum without waiting for permission. You’ll need to know how to open the right doors, close the right early accounts, and turn early conviction into a repeatable commercial motion.
What matters most is not whether you’ve memorized every sales framework. It’s whether you understand the market, care about the problem, and know how to build something real.
